Changez K Kakar is a young party activist who has been active in the PTI’s youth wing. He aims to unseat the incumbent PML-N MNA Rana Sanaullah Khan. Changez K Kakar’s electoral symbol allotted by the ECP will be the “Shuttlecock”. The PTI flag and shuttlecock symbol will appear together on the ballot paper.
This urban Faisalabad seat is expected to see a tight contest between PTI and PML-N. Changez K Kakar is running on PTI’s agenda of creating new jobs, improving healthcare access and boosting provision of basic amenities like water and electricity for residents. The PTI seeks to make inroads in the PML-N’s traditional stronghold during the 2024 election.
